3-Night Stay: There are different price points depending on if you want a solo room, shared room, shared bed, or bunk bed.

All Meals (except 1 dinner): All meals will be included with the exception of 1 dinner out. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided throughout the weekend as well. We will be sure to coordinate with guests regarding food allergies and preferences.

Inside, you’ll find comfy king beds, nostalgic bunk beds, a gym, and two game rooms—ideal for winding down after a day of literary bonding. Whether you’re flipping through a romance novel poolside or enjoying a Swiftie-themed activity in the living room, this house is perfect for your retreat era.
What makes this home even more enchanted is its location. Overland Park is a hidden gem with peaceful vibes, tree-lined streets, and cute local spots—including a bookstore! And when you’re ready to Shake It Off, Kansas City’s vibrant food scene, indie bookstores, and buzzing energy are just a short drive away. It’s truly the best of both worlds: calm enough to read and recharge, and close enough for a sip-and-shop (on a party bus!) bookish adventure in the city.

Since this is a Swiftie-themed reading retreat set in Kansas City, we are searching high and low for the best football romance out there. Every attendee will receive a copy in the mail (or via Kindle if requested) ASAP.
Activities
All activities are optional, but participation is highly encouraged!

Kansas City is home to over a dozen independent bookstores so it’s only fitting that we organize a fun group excursion centered around this. We will board a party bus with a glass of champagne (or non-alcoholic alternatives), and visit four fabulous bookstores. One in particular is romance themed! Lastly, we will end the afternoon with a pre-dinner drink at a literary themed cocktail bar.
