Sept 3-6, 2026

Your journey begins with three nights in one of Europe’s most charming literary cities, staying in a boutique hotel with daily breakfast included.

Highlights include:

  • Private Lisbon food tour

  • Hands-on cooking class

  • Guided literary walking tour (including the world’s oldest bookstore!)

  • Free time to explore, shop, and soak in the city with fellow readers

Alenquer Wine Region

Sept 6-10, 2026

After Lisbon, we’ll travel together to a private countryside villa outside the city for four nights of relaxation, connection, and cozy bookish moments.

What awaits you:

  • Private chef dinners & shared meals

  • Excursion to Óbidos, a UNESCO-designated Literary Town

  • Book club discussion with a special guest author

  • Plenty of downtime for reading, crafting, poolside lounging, and recharging

Estimated price range is between $2,600 - $3,400 (depending on your room/bed configurations).

Cost doesn’t include flights to/from Portugal, but does include transportation costs while on the retreat!
